Good bye Hong Kong

As my three weeks in Hong Kong come to close, I’ve spent my last few days scurrying around attempting to fit in everything that I wanted to do but didn’t have time to do. So looking back on my last week, I can 100% say that not a moment was wasted. While I am sad that my stay here in Hong Kong has ended, I must admit that I am excited to head back to California and back to the schedule of school.

Here are a few of the things I did during my last week in Hong Kong:

{ Tea at the Peninsula }

Tea at the Peninsula is a absolute Must Do while in Hong Kong. I had read about this British traditional style tea in multiple guide books and I was extremely impressed. I felt that I was living in an England of the 1930s. It was also a great splurge for a girl’s day.

{ Hong Kong Park }

I can only refer to Hong Kong Park as a version of Central Park in New York. Between the waterfall, a Zen park, a view point of the entire city, a lake, and an aviary. There was also a Thai restaurant on the lake. Though I have a decent amount of Pad Thai in the U.S. I was curious to see the difference between the two. All I can say was that they were different– both good but different.

{ Laduree Paris }

I was able to meet up with one of my friends, Andrea (from Hong Kong) for some lunch and macaroons at Laduree. I’m not exactly a dessert person, but I love the whole vibe of the cafe.

{ Avenue of the Stars }

The Avenue of the Stars is comparable to Hollywood’s Walk of Stars. The main difference is the view. The Avenue is right along the water with the most gorgeous view.

These were just a few sneak peeks from my last week! Get ready for G to head West to California.
