It’s been a roller coaster today 🎢 But I felt

It’s been a roller coaster today 🎢 But I felt the need to share because P&P is usually a highlight reel where I *choose* to focus on the “go,go,go” and less on what’s happening behind the scenes.

I guess the main message of today: it’s okay to take a vacation 😅 And quite truthfully, this was the first time in a long time I hadn’t planned out all the content I’d need to make and all the spots I’d need to visit on the trip ✈️

When people ask me what the “hardest thing about influencing with a full time job is” - the surprising and unexpected answer is “disconnecting.” Because every free moment (on a vacation or when I’m not working my corporate job) is about trying to squeeze in little moments to make content because I feel like I’m wasting time otherwise.

And that’s today’s life lesson: try to disconnect every so often 🫶🏻

Okay but in all seriousness, while I buy beans every time I travel + 3 different coffee machines ( @bialetti @nespresso @breville I’m looking at you) and love a cozy at home cafe experience, I’ll never say no to a coffee date ✨👯‍♀️

If you know me and have traveled with me, I’ll squeeze in as many new coffee shops in as possible 🤣 Shout out to @lauragasteluv for always saying yes to a little “cafecito” outing 💖
